In the third quarter of 2024, the top five third-person games on the Android platform in Kenya showcased varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

PUBG MOBILE from Level Infinite experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1.6K in the week of September 9. The game saw a mid-quarter surge in downloads, reaching around 5.3K in the week of August 19. However, weekly active users showed a downward trend, decreasing from 263.9K to 255.7K over the quarter.

Guns of Glory: Lost Island, developed by FunPlus International AG, maintained relatively low weekly download numbers, peaking at 9. Weekly revenue fluctuated, with the highest point at $508 in late July, while active users saw a decline from 600 to 399 by the end of September.

Free Fire by Garena International I demonstrated a strong performance with weekly downloads reaching 4.4K in early September. Revenue saw a peak of $397 in mid-August. The active user base remained relatively stable, starting at 10.6K and ending at 10.3K.
